The Service Provider was on time, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE , and Extremely COURTEOUS. It is a a relief to see him when repairs or service is needed. I realize the field of this skill set is in high demand, and the field of qualified and candidates is slim. Therefore, I believe this service representative should be recognized and rewarded for his value.

This is my second time that I've had to fix this dryer. Lew the repair man always shows up on time,stays in touch and thankfully always fixes it for me. I was worried.I would need a new washer and dryer.Because it's a combined set and thankfully, I did not.So this saved me a bunch of money.
