Excellent service from the first minute to the last.

Joe did an excellent job. My issue was not with Joe. It was being canceled and rescheduled for two months by AI. I could not even find a telephone number that I could talk to a real person. I just signed up for Sears home warranty and if this is your expectation of quality making a new customer wait for two months without a dryer you are sadly mistaken I will give you one more chance, but I will then cancel your Sears home warranty service. I would like to be compensated for the two months that I had to go to a laundromat and pay for drying because you're scheduling services are so poor I would like a credit on my bill or some other compensation. This was ridiculous And now you expect me to pay 60+ dollars a month for this kind of service probably not going to happen unless you reciprocate in someway hopefully someone will read this that can do something about it but with that said Joe did an excellent job and should be commended for his work.
