Gabriel made an in depth evaluation of the duel ovens temperatures using instruments. And explained what was happening and that it was a normal designed plan. The ovens were doing exactly what they were supposed to do. Very personable and knew what he was doing while explaining the process. He is a keeper. Give him a raise.
