Gabriel was thorough, knowledgeable and informative. I hope Lowe’s contracts with Sears Repair for all warranty work. My experience with the repair service they contracted with for washer repair was not nearly this good.

Technician was great. The Sears communication regarding when the technician will show up is ridiculously horrible. I was given a window between 8 am and 5 pm. I heard nothing until around 2pm when i was informed the tech would be here after 5. I then recieved a text message around 3 saying he'd be here soon but the web site still said after 5. He did show up soon after 3 and fixed the dishwasher quickly. The tech was great. The Sears communication system is bad and makes me not want to do business with Sears.
