Exceptional Technician and Service

After a rather difficult process in getting an appointment through our appliance insurance program, the exceptional Sears technician, Rick, made it all worthwhile. He kept us informed of his schedule during the day. Once he arrived, he was skilled, knowledgeable about our particular appliance and issues, provided accurate information and explained problems clearly. We were so impressed and grateful that he was our technician.
