It took two repairmen and 4 trips, but my stove is finally fixed. Luckily I have an extended warranty. Last repairman was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He pinpointed and fixed the problem. The 5 stars are for him.

Control panel showed evidence of dead bugs so the technician could not go further. He recommended replacing the control panel, however, that part is no longer available so I will need to order a new range. Patrick was very knowledgeable and patiently explained to this old lady, the difference between induction and convection ovens so i wouldn't order the wrong oven. Thank you
