Matthew was able to do maintenance check on all 6 of my appliances including my range and upright freezer besides those listed below. He will return to replace the plastic parts of my washing machine which are wearing. All this was done in one appointment with my Sears maintenance agreement.. I appreciated the online chat person who helped me make all 6 appointments in one day. AI does not help with that at all! I wish to deal with real people! Thank you for being able to accomplish all this in one day!

My experience was great. Service Tech’s were well dressed and clean. Took time to go over all that was needed for my service. I think they went above and beyond by informing me issues and explaining importance of some maintenance. This is my second time calling for service and each time my issues were taken care of.

Techs were good, friendly. But my washer is not fixed. And you can’t talk to a person it is all automated. So I would have to pay for another service fee to have someone come out and re-diagnose it.
