Patrick did a fine job. He even offered to clean the oven window which needed cleaning which would have taken another thirty minutes.

Four month wait
Good technician but terrible experience with Sears in general…I'm not surprised they are hardly in business anymore. This whole repair process took over 4 months! Can you imagine going to a laundromat for 4 mos(minimum 25 miles round trip)?!

Appliances checked and inspected by a true professional.
I made service call to Sears service number to have wash machine inspected and fixed for loud noise and grinding while running. Patrick G found problem immediately and had my problem solved. I was impressed by Patrick's professional abilities and his work attitude ( nice to see in people these days). When he asked if I had anything else he could do for me I asked if he could look at my dryer and kitchen refrigerator. I was glad he said he could take a look. When Patrick had both checked and gave the thumbs up I was really happy that he asked if I needed anything else. Thanks to Patrick G

Dishwasher repair
Fast service. Came out and found out what was wrong. Motor is gone. My Kenmore super quiet dishwasher is dead. Repairman helpful asked if I should fix or get new. For the age of machine, better to get new. And it's less then repair.
