Patrick went above and beyond, not only fixing my stovetop burner (an expensive switch issue) and performing maintenance on my refrigerator, but showing me things I can do to avoid expensive repairs in the future. Very good technician, extremely knowledgeable.

I thought Patrick was very knowledgeable in his trade and he helped us to understand a simple manufacturer flaw that we think caused our issue. Hopefully it fixed our problem what he did.

The technician did a great job in assessing the problem. It was an unusual situation. The refrigerator had heated up and melted out part of the freezer compartment wall. I had smelled an almost chemical smell early on, but thought it was offgassing from a new product. When Patrick made the report to someone at headquarters, they wanted me to call them because they were suspicious that I had somehow tampered or abused the product. Fortunately, KaMya (LP’s liaison to the president) stepped in and overrode that suspicion and qualified me for replacement or money back. I had communicated with her earlier. I feel like I had been heard and she understood the situation and made a very fair judgment. Her action was almost instantaneous. I am very satisfied. The system worked!
