Eduardo was so kind, calming, professional and knowledgeable. He really made me feel comfortable, so much so that we even signed up for the monthly “insurance” service plan. It’s a fair deal and will be lots of peace of mind.

I want to thank you for sending out a knowledgeable technician. Although the serial number and model number was not available, he did. Offer me other optiyes and what I could do to resolve my problem. It was very polite and professional.. I am a captain and a soldier and a wild land firefighter of 18 years and I see respect in him that I don't see in most men that work on my fire engines, if I had men like him, on my trucks, we would have saved a lot of lives. He was a good man and I appreciate his professionalism. Thank you.
