Finally
After many starts and stops on the road to getting my dishwasher control panel replaced, Bill received the parts and yesterday braved a snowy highway to come to my home and fix the appliance. While less than pleased with the staff at central Sears, Bill was a joy to deal with. I may even venture a guess to say that i will purchase Sears appliances again!

Patrick was awesome! Great job of explaining all the options. Then went to work with a smile. Explaining what he was doing along the way. Was very respectful of our home (putting on she covers). You would do well to have more people like Patrick promoting the Sears brand. Better keep this guy around.
