repair of home stove
Patrick is a 5 star calm worker and patient with the fact that I had pre ordered burner parts, even thought they were the wrong parts given to me on the phone by the helper that said these were the parts I needed. I did not know my repairman was supposed to order the parts. It seems your present system should tell people who need repair that the repairman will order parts.
