He does an amazing job
I just don't understand why your company does not send out extra help to lift. I'm 75 years old with an ulcer and back trouble I cannot lift. I don't know why especially when they need help to help them. I have a machine.

Patrick diagnosed and repaired our dishwasher in a professional manner HOWEVER HIS COMPANIES PROCESS SUCKS !! There are times you NEED human discussion !! Mine is such - a part arrived AFTER repair, so NOT INSTALLED !! Have attempted going on to TWO months. Have been told it's marked as installed, nothing they can do - I then get email stating I may be charged for parts - I TALKED WITH AN ASSOCIATE NAMED FRANK BUT cannot re-connect. WILL TRY TOMORROW about 10ish Pacific time (west coast)
