First off Patrick was great! But his hands were tied! Your customer service was terrible! Not being able to contact a human person at at all. You need to do away with AI technology until you have someone to know how to use it. I got multiple messages about scheduling earlier appointments and I responded that I wanted to take them. NO RESPONSE. Trying to find a phone number that I could actually communicate with someone was not available. If I have any choice at all I will never use your service again. I feel sorry for the technicians that come into the homes to do the work, and them having to hear about your TERRIBLE AI technology!

Our ice maker proved to be a tough fix as it was not a normal setup. He worked through it and did a good job making the repair.

Unsure if issue is resolved. He was very kind/helpful however he was unable to do anything to really ensure the issue will not be repeating itself. We could not replicate the leak and can only hope for the best moving forward.
