Technician great, lousy company
Seven months to try to repair refrigerator. Job not completed. Constant wrong parts sent. Can not get through to a person. Will not use this company again.

The fridge is a new piece of crap. Came out of the box not working. Countless issues. Patrick came a dozen times in a year and always called me in the morning to give me an ETA and a call when he was on the way. This helps with the waiting of 8-5. Kenmore can suck it. Sears can suck it. But my man Patrick was the only positive during this whole process.

Patrick service was excellent And Timely and solve the problem however the long wait times between appointments were somewhat inconvenient because I had to use a laundromat 10 Mi away until my washing machine was repaired but nothing that he could have prevented
