Technician was very thorough
Patrick listened, checked a few things, removed the top cover and saw the probable reason for the loud noise when operating on high spin. He took pictures, explained what he thought was happening and removed the packing bolts. Also explained why the washer may not have filled with enough water when operating on quick wash at small load using hot water. We're anxious test the changes.

Thanks to Sears virtual assistant in ordering the correct parts for my range and having them delivered prior to my scheduled repair date.
