Bob had provided service on a refrigerator for about a year or so ago. He was pleasant, friendly and professional then, as he was today. . He quickly diagnosed the problem (a burnt wire cap!) once he replaced the cap the stovetop was back in service. If I need service in the future I would always request him. He's savvy and knowledgeable!

Tom arrived in a timely manner. He was respectful, polite, and HONEST!, A hard quality to find these days. In our quest to get our refrigerator fixed, the home service we use gave us a total runaround. Tom ( the TRUTH angel) was kind when he delivered the news, a high priced quote, he then spoke about alternatives. Even though we denied the service (which he doesn't make anything) my husband is a road tech also, so he is well aware of these situations, he STILL took the time we needed with the questions ( us old folks ) we needed to ask. He recommended which brand of appliance to go with AND talked to us about home appliance service. ⭐️ so I'm adding an extra star because he went above and beyond!
