Roger was great. He diagnosed the issue with our washer and fixed without a problem. He then told us what we should do to maintain our Washing machine to extend its life.

Tom is a great ttchnician but he was not pleasant when I first spoke with him. He was pissed off that it took me twenty minutes to call him back - when he was not anywhere near my place yet.
