Overall a good experience. It would have been helpful if when I was told that we could select an earlier date for the initial visit from what had been scheduled, there was no link in the text or email to do this. I would have like that opportunity.

Tom was very professional and although my appliances he came to service were too old and parts were no longer available he did share some good tips with me for navigating the purchase of new appliances.

TOM WENT OVER THE TOP TO HELP ME TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF MY FREEZER DOOR PROBLEM HAD THE UPRIGHT FREEZER DOOR REPLACEMENT UNDER WARRANTY BECAUSE IT WAS A DEFECTIVE ONE THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER LEFT THE FACTORY LIKE THAT BECAUSE THE DOOR SEAL WAS LEAKING AND THE SECOND ONE WAS THE SAME THING BUT LEAKING WORSE ALL UNDER WARRANTY BUT THE FACTORY IS LACKING QC I TOLD FRIGIDAIRE THAT THEIR FACTORY WAS LACKING QC PRODUCT SHOULD HAVE A RECALL AND FRIGIDAIRE GAVE TOM A BAD 👎 MARK FOR WHEN HE CAME THE FIRST TIME TO CHANGE THE FREEZER DOOR BUT IT WAS THIER WORKMANSHIP IN THE FACTORY WAS NOT GOOD Tom helped me do the navigation with Frigidaire to get my new freezer replaced thanks again Tom Rock on
