Scott, the technician, was polite, professional, careful but efficient, thorough in his work -and so tidy! (and gave me the opportunity to clean behind my stove,!) His experience doing this work and service work generally was obvious in how he handled himself and communicated, including clearly explaining the situation and what needed to be done. I paid the bill with pleasure after such a positive experience. Thank you so much, Scott!!

Scott was great! Professional but personable at the same time. He knew what to do and got right down to business. The fix was simple and quick. And we bonded over our dogs bad behavior.

Tech was great. Ridiculous that you want to charge a $139.00 service fee for each appliance when he's already here. One visit, one service fee. I did not have him work on 2 other appliances that need attention bc of that.
