Scott was great! Professional but personable at the same time. He knew what to do and got right down to business. The fix was simple and quick. And we bonded over our dogs bad behavior.

Tech was great. Ridiculous that you want to charge a $139.00 service fee for each appliance when he's already here. One visit, one service fee. I did not have him work on 2 other appliances that need attention bc of that.

Scott the service guy was great. He would call to let us know when he was on his way. He explained everything he was doing. He was very careful with removing and replacing the defective part. He made sure everything was back in working order, and cleaned up everything before he left. Thank you Scott.
