Scott was courteous and he arrived first thing in the morning. He repaired my ice maker and checked the overall health of my refrigerator. He was knowledgeable and henworked quickly. My appliance runs perfectly again

Very personable and knowledgeable. Only a portion of the repair was completed as Tom identified that a roller was worn but he didn’t have one to replace it. Can that roller be replaced at a future date with a charge since it was identified as faulty but the part wasn’t available?
