Scott was very pleasant and equally competent. He was on time and speedy with his work and the refrigerator is working. The AI - only connection with the company is very frustrating and would cause me to not use Sears service again even though I would love to have Scott do repairs again.

Tech was great however, in your emails & texts were very disappointing. About five said Tech would arrive 8-5:00 and one said Confirmed 8:00 a.m. arrival. I was trying to locate Scott (name might not be correct) He answered and said I was 2nd that day! I showed him my phone that said 8:00 Poor guy he had no answer to that. Sears does not honor MY time.

Sears charged $300 for a part that cost $23. Two months later the same problem occurred. The repair cost over $600.

One tech showed up. I specified it was a two man job. The tech has been here before so he knew that. He refused to do anything. Said I scheduled through the wrong service. I scheduled through this website. Then he said he could come back, it would be expensive and we’d have to remove and replace this massively heavy oven ourselves. Now I still have a non/functioning oven and I’m wondering what I paid for. This is worse than useless.
