Cancelled my appointment 3 times and delayed a week each time. Took 4 weeks to get someone out to repair my fridge. And there is zero ways to talk to a person. It is all AI now. They don’t have a manager managing their subcontractors anymore. Even their subcontractors have no way to talk to the scheduling office. When they cancel you and tell you, they delayed a week due to your request, even though you didn’t make that request, there’s absolutely nothing you can do about it. Do not use Sears anymore. However, the tech contractor they used did a good job… eventually.

Your entire warranty plan is horrible, useless and overpriced. I think we will join the class action suit against you for claiming after the fact that we do not own “covered” appliances. We are not done.

Sears customer service is horrible - no wonder they had to file chapter 11. Between the numerous AI texts, the 3 week delay in scheduling and then a tech who wanted me to sign something that was inaccurate and thus left without looking at the Washer, I won’t shop at Sears again in my life. I have even gone so far as to call American Home Shield Warranty to make sure a complaint is filed for the inadequate customer service I received from Sears. Someone who is not an AI can call me to get all the details.

I was notified less than 24 hours before the scheduled technician visit, which I was given an 11 hour window for arrival time. I immediately tried to reschedule as no one would be onsite long enough for the visit the only day I was given. I was told no other dates available, the tech would contact me and I could discuss rescheduling with them. The next day I receive a text the tech is on his way. I immediately called to notify them it would be a wasted trip. Was told the tech would be notified and I would be contacted within 72 hours to reschedule. I stressed I didn’t want the tech to make a trip of over an hour for no reason. Anyway, the tech showed up after all this and wife had to turn him away due to the fact that she couldn’t be there as I had tried to tell them. Very duds and sincerely hope I can get this rescheduled. 93 degrees today and no air conditioning, not fun!

Every time I contacted Sears Home Warranty I was on the phone no less than an hour. It takes weeks to get service on any appliance. Many times the representative states they are experiencing "system issues" and cannot assist anyone at this time, please call back"! When I attempted to cancel my service it took 4 calls and 5.5 hours on the phone and the process is still not complete after involving a supervisor!! I would not recommend Sears Home Warranty to anyone as they have too many issues to provide good product or customer service.
