Daniel was very personable, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I also appreciated how he treated our appliances very carefully. I would definitely hire him again to address our appliance needs as he maintained a very professional interaction while displaying a very friendly character. I also appreciated how very kindly he spoke to the gentleman that he was training. He was teaching him, but he treated him as a very respectable partner in this appointment.

Although the leak in the dishwasher was not identified, the repairman gave me excellent advice how to identify and document the problem. He also suggested leak detectors.
