Steve was very thorough in analyzing my issue as being a thermostat. Once I purchased a new one he came back and did fantastic job removing the bad thermostat and installing the new one to include walking me through the entire setup process. Very please with Steve and Sears Home Services via my Choice Home Warranty program. Will definitely continue the program with Choice and look forward to Sears and Steve for any future issues.

Sayed, was a great technician. He repaired our ice maker. He tried to get a better fix for the issue we were having but was told to fix it the cheapest way for the company. He advised the issue may occur again and apologized for his company not allowing for the best repair option.
