Service tech arrived on time and promptly diagnosed the problem and explained it was freezer drain locked and forming sheets of ice he explained the repair options and suggested which options were best in our case. he then spent 2hrs cleaning the massive clog and suggested ways to prevent in happening again soon, completely professional rep.
