We had two appoints with two different technicians. They were both very good. This is the reason I stay with the Sears company for Home Warranty. They were both professional, clean and completed their work quickly.

Sayed Faroz came into my house prepared to get the job done. He correctly analyzed the problem by sound alone within one minute. From his squared-away toolbox (in which he never had to hunt for what he needed) to a repair truck with all the needed repair parts, he showed himself to be a skilled technician. To undertake the repair that late in the day, knowing he had three more calls to make was much appreciated. His tolerance of me hovering over him and the courtesy of his answers was equally appreciated.
