I was very pleased with service - Nangyalai was on time, professional and thorough. He explained what was needed clearly. I appreciate that he wore face mask as it is cold and flu season. I would recommend him highly.

This rating is based on the repair technician only. Justin did GREAT service work! However, not good was the time it took from start to finish. Called Choice Home Warranty with Washer Claim 2 OCT; 1st appointment was 10 OCT; Parts received 14 OCT; 2nd Appointment scheduled for 26 OCT earliest available. Owner rescheduled for 30 OCT because their availability on 26 OCT. Responsive repair is was not available
