Techs very nice, but day after washer was repaired it’s still the same problem. :( Now saying I have to wait 13 more days till someone can come back out!

I would rate them ZERO the tech never showed up within the 0700-6:00pm window. I then receive a receipt stating he showed up and I declined having my HVAC fixed! So the tech was lying. Stating that he was here and closing the ticket. Now I have to start the process all over. I see in the reviews this is a common experience. So if you take the day off and wait around for 12 hours only to have the tech not show up and lie this is the company for you. If not chose another company

I've waited all day and it is now 702pm. Technician has still not shown up. Last text indicated he was on his way at 512pm. At 522pm missed a call, no message left. No further contact.

Rude. And not very personable. I tried explaining what was wrong with the unit. However, he would not listen. He said it was fixed but, I’m not sure. Time will tell. Just adding that he left his empty water bottles in my attic ——:/ not impressed

The techician never show up or call me only number that is have at 5:32 pm sound 2 time when I answer was late I call back twice and phone was off. Also don’t know if it was him because never answer me back. I was at home all Day. Also last time they don’t call or text they was in front of my house, that’s is in professional no call no text. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and professional. The people that scheduled my appointments were very professional. It took us from 4/11/24 until 5/20/24 to get our broken ice maker fixed. I feel very sorry for anyone including your employees that have to deal with your company’s computer system and automated phone system as well. Whoever made that decision should be fired!! It was a terrible decision and has succeeded in destroying your company’s reputation and customer service. That’s a shame because Sears was an awesome company.

We've had a nightmare experience and our range is still unrepaired one month later. We initiated diagnostic service for our range on 4/18. A technician came out and was quick and knew what he was doing, so we paid in full ($635) for the anticipated repair and parts were ordered and follow-up appointment scheduled. From that time on we got the run-around. Repair dates required full-day availability windows of 8am to 5pm, so one of us had to take off a day from work each time, on 4/25, 5/7, and 5/17. Parts ended up not arriving in time on 4/25 with a same-day late-afternoon reschedule call, and then for the final two appointments there was simply no call and no show. We've spent an hour on the phone today getting non-answers from the customer service center about obtaining a refund. Everything is disjointed from the customer service call center to the contracted technicians and the billing company. I do NOT recommend using this service - they don't have their act together. Go with a smaller local company with some accountability where you can speak with a scheduling person who works directly with the technicians and they do their own billing in-house. Update 5/24: Reached out to them on facebook as instructed below, was told they'd get back to me in 72 hours, which was yesterday. No call, no e-mail, and no refund.
