Technician was great, but I don’t understand why I’m getting charged $600+ to install a part that GE is selling for $149.00? That’s a real disappointment to me. I’ve been using you for many years as a real estate agent and I don’t know why you would charge over $300 for this part and then another $300 to install it? I would really like an explanation for that.

Great communication both by text & email. Serviceman was quick. Disappointed that repair took 2 months & 3 trips with 1 cancellation, which occurred just after part arrived to my condo. Felt obligated to discount monthly payment for my temp renter and had to buy them a mini frig. Appliance was less than 6 months old. I never connected with a human(only AI)...until repairman arrived.

The technician did a good job. He was quick and efficient. What we didn't like is that he wanted to charge us $60 to vacuum the lint from our dryer. He said that this wasn't covered by our home coverage policy. We don't feel that this was right. This should have been done, regardless, as part of the service.

Not blaming anyone except perhaps the corporate structure, but my much-needed follow-up repair appointment was cancelled and rescheduled without notice at the end of the day for the next day, so I was waiting around all day and had to go to the laundromat. So, better communication would have been appreciated to save me a wasted day. Still, the machine is fixed now, so that’s good.
