Unacceptable service and complete lack of competence. Murtaza M. was assigned to fix both my washer and my dryer, and he completely failed on both appliances. He originally came out for my dryer on June 4th, but his repair was completely ineffective and the exact same issue persisted. Because of his poor workmanship, I had to file recalls and take time off work. I was forced to lose an entire day of wages waiting around on June 18th, only to have the appointment canceled and pushed back. I rescheduled everything for June 19th so both appliances could finally be handled together, costing me a second full day of lost income. When Murtaza finally showed up on June 19th, he claimed he didn't even have the dryer recall assigned to his tablet and would only look at the washer. He then claimed to "fix" the washer, but after he left, the washer is STILL not working. It feels like nothing was actually repaired during either of his visits. Because of Murtaza's poor workmanship and incomplete service, I am now stuck having to file two separate service recalls for both appliances. His inability to properly diagnose and fix a problem the first time has cost me two full days of lost wages.

There is zero customer service - all AI. You cannot speak to a human being once the technician leaves your home. Your only option is to schedule another appointment or get stuffed. No phone number to call.

Made appointment and given a window of 8am-5pm. Took a day off work. No one ever showed. No call to cancel. Total waste of a day.

They told me that 2 things were wrong with my fridge and charged me nearly $700. When the repair man came, there was only one thing wrong with my fridge. The part cost roughly $100, so I was charged $600 for 45 minutes of work where all they had to do was unplug the fan and plug a new one in. Then had the nerve to tell me it was another $50 for them to vacuum the fridge coils because that also may stop my fridge from getting cold. Why wasn’t that quoted in the beginning? Truth be told, I can see why people replace instead of repair. Even though it’s cheaper, you walk away feeling like you’ve been ripped off. From now on I’m just gonna watch a tutorial on whatever is wrong and fix it myself. If I break my fridge, I’ll just buy a new one.

Sayed actually broke my dishwasher. He has no idea what he’s doing. He’s never worked on a Bosch and he actually broke it. When we got a real technician in here, he showed me all the damage that this company did.

When I contacted Sears for service I told them in writing that I needed service on a Thermadore oven. When the technician arrived he spent two minutes examining the oven and said he could not fix it because it needed a relay board from Thermadore and they would not sell parts to sears. Why would Sears send a technician if they knew they could not get parts from Thermadore? I was charged $129.00 and threatened that if I did not pay the charge would double in 30 days. WHAT A RIP OFF!
