Absolutely most frustrating company EVER. Called for repair, listed wrong address, tried to call to correct, thrown to bots, couldn’t resolve issue, tried several times, only to be subjected to all their prerecorded product ads. Horrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN

Made an appointment with them to fix my washing machine, they told me a technician would be to my house 3 days later some time between 8:00 am and 5:00pm. I guess they expect me to take a whole day off work to meet the tech at my house. The day of the appointment comes, they say the tech will be there at 3:45, then 4:15, then at 4:30 i miss a call from an unknown #, then get a text saying my appointment was cancelled. I call the # back and no one answers, call again and they reject my call. Thanks sears, i took a day off work for your appointment and you just didnt show up. They also tried 3 different times to sell me some comprehensive appliance warranty garbage and the sales people would not take a polite no for an answer. This company sucks.
john E,
My home warranty insists on using Sears. They came out for my washing machine not draining, ordered parts. The person who came to put on the new drain pump said it was defective right out of the box, so ordered another but left the machine apart since taking apart is very tedious. The next tech that came to install the next pump put it all back together, but now the machine is so loud that it vibrates the whole house and squeals. I called them BACK out and was told that now there is an issue with the drum. More parts were ordered. Now the parts have sat here for over a month as they reschedule the appointment to install them over and over again. It has been rescheduled no less than 20 times now, most being the middle of the day that they were scheduled to come, so they monopolized my whole day for nothing. At least twice, they have NOT rescheduled and just never showed up. When I called to ask what happened, I was told each time that a "tech was never assigned". The warranty company is no help. Sears is no help. I just keep wasting days waiting for them to decide to grace us with their presence.
