Al was great but the fact this is our second fridge in 3 years that has broken down and we can't get the parts for. We pay a fee for them to tell us we can't get the part. The first one was thankfully under warranty and they had to replace the fridge because they couldn't get the part but the second one broke down after a year.

Wonderful service, Al was prompt, knowledgable, and great personality. We had an error with service address with original ticket, he waited patiently while I called and had it corrected. Even helped me find the part number for the drawer part I needed to order that was broken. Repair was covered by Lowe’s warranty, so did not pay for service call. Highly recommend.
