Wonderful service, Al was prompt, knowledgable, and great personality. We had an error with service address with original ticket, he waited patiently while I called and had it corrected. Even helped me find the part number for the drawer part I needed to order that was broken. Repair was covered by Lowe’s warranty, so did not pay for service call. Highly recommend.

He showed up early in the morning which was great! And had the washer fixed very quickly! We already had the part he needed. So we are Happy, Happy, Happy! (Until it breaks down again - this is the third repair on a washer that was purchased in April of 2023.
