One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. The tech just stated the side assembly on the unit wasn't connected properly, didn't test after, didn't place the unit back under the cabinet and the issue persists. No formal report in terms of what was done and steps to take beyond "call them again".

The store location is wrong. That addresses is an Amazon Distribution hub in Waynesboro, VA. Also the India call center no help...

They couldn’t get a part to my house after it was sitting in their warehouse for 6 days. Called me at noon on the day they were supposed to come with a different story than my tech had that told me personally. Not trustworthy or reliable.

Unfortunately, technician arrived late and did not have adequate time to check what caused the Er FF code on the refrigerator. Unplugging it to reset the refrigerator cleared the code, but only temporarily. The code has returned and the refrigerator is not cooling. We need someone to come fix our refrigerator. Couldn't happen at a worse time ... right before having a crowd visiting for Thanksgiving.
