This man has done everything he could to help me with this repair although the insurance company was not helpful at all - I appreciate all that he has done to get my fridge up and running after 30+ days. Thank you.

Leon was great. He stuck with it until the multi-faceted problem was fixed! Sears, however, should up their game on in-person/phone communication. This was a difficult problem to fix and I was very upset with the lack of person to person contact. I feel if I could have spoken to someone, it would mot have taken 3 months to fix.
