First appointment of the day; have never had that happen! Technician was efficient, polite and good humored. Trying to check out electronically was tiresome and a waste of time. Ditch the AI and the endless reminders.

Technician prompt, polite, knowledgeable. Problem is defective equipment for which he needs crucial parts that require authorization, equipment and follow-up appt. Tech unable to say how this will be handled “ , with no clear plan other than company to contact us. We paid for coverage, but we are left with words. Please respond immediately. 28 emails and at least 10 text messages for one dryer repair.. The tech had to come back after he ordered 3 parts ... I. Guess he wasn't sure what was wrong I appreciate that so we didn't have multiple visits . 3 wks without a dryer. We were told 8 am he would be here. Then 1115 am. Then 130 pm and he came 218pm... I am now doing the first load to dry. I Hope it works. I don't understand 28 Emails and all these text messages Every email contradicts the previous one . It is the inconsistent communication... I've been so anxious.... And don't even get me started with Assurant insurance who covers our washer and dryer.. I don't know what has happened to quality service but it has packed. The man did fix the dryer I'm hoping but no one should have to deal with all these emails..

Prior to the technician arriving I received several texts from Sears both on the day before and today asking me many questions so the tech could bring the right parts. When he arrived, he asked me what the problem was and had no parts with him once he figured it out. What’s the point of all of the overkill texts from Sears if it wasn't going to make a difference. Turns out, I need a new microwave. Glad it's under warranty. Very nice guy, however. No complaints about him personally.
