God awful. He came to repair a refrigerator/freezer but it was the stove that was the problem. After him looking at it he tells me he can't order the parts for LG appliances. So why in the hell come out here and look at my LG appliance? Additionally I never requested Sears come out. I was dealing with LG directly to repair my stove then all the sudden Sears says they're coming out to look at my appliance and LG cancelled my repair appointment. So I think LG had contacted Sears to come out and do other repair but no one told me. I asked you was going to pay for this and the technician said he didn't know but now that I have a bill from Sears for $125 for an item they could never have fixed in the first place!!!

Please please please do yourself a favor and don’t bother using Sears Appliance Repair. You’ll get the runaround, only get to talk or text with an AI assistant, then they will cancel your appointment same day and offer to reschedule 5 days later. How is that convenient when you have a non working fridge and children in the house? Complete waste of time. Wish I could give zero stars.

Assurant (Sears) on my end shows Maytag Dryer. He claims it says washer on his end so he wasn’t able to repair my dryer. The parts ordered were heating element. Washers don’t have heating elements. Also you cannot talk to a human with this warranty company. Lowe’s is no help. I will not buy a warranty ever again and I won’t buy an appliance from Lowe’s. Poor service.

One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. The tech just stated the side assembly on the unit wasn't connected properly, didn't test after, didn't place the unit back under the cabinet and the issue persists. No formal report in terms of what was done and steps to take beyond "call them again".

The store location is wrong. That addresses is an Amazon Distribution hub in Waynesboro, VA. Also the India call center no help...

They couldn’t get a part to my house after it was sitting in their warehouse for 6 days. Called me at noon on the day they were supposed to come with a different story than my tech had that told me personally. Not trustworthy or reliable.

Unfortunately, technician arrived late and did not have adequate time to check what caused the Er FF code on the refrigerator. Unplugging it to reset the refrigerator cleared the code, but only temporarily. The code has returned and the refrigerator is not cooling. We need someone to come fix our refrigerator. Couldn't happen at a worse time ... right before having a crowd visiting for Thanksgiving.
