The Technician was very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dealing with Sears A&E Repair service as a third party provider of warranty repair for Speed Queen has been a nightmare and horrible. First service call was on July 5, 2024 and the washer wasn’t fixed until September 13, 2024! Avoid Speed Queen appliances at all costs!
