Sayed was awesome. I really appreciated being first stop for service and he was thorough with trying to find the source of the problem. He also assured me that he would make sure that the warranty company would get informed of the issue to hopefully expedite the resolution.

GE sent Sears Home Services to repair our refrigerator which was freezing fresh food and producing condensation in freezer. Previous repair person said it was defective and should be replaced under warranty. This repair person said he was able to make adjustments that should cure the problem. I hope so!
