The Sears Home Services technician, Mr. Sayed Faroz, conducted a complete wall-oven system troubleshooting review. Mr. Faroz replaced two oven internal parts and the oven's control board that had failed. Mr. Faroz's expert knowledge resulted in the repair of our GE Advantium/Convection (upper/lower)wall oven, which is one of today's most technically advanced wall oven appliances. Mr. Faroz's Five Star work rating is well deserved.

Joe has been assigned to many of these services. He has ALWAYS shown exemplary service. He has also always fixed the problem efficiently and effectively. He deseryrecognition for being one of the BEST tech I have had from your company. THANK YOU SO MUCH JOE!! Hope to see you soon, though not for a repair. I am up to the heavens with repairs in regards to my home. I wish sincerely that GRADITUDE IS GIVEN TO JOE— he was the first here out of ALL requests sent to AHS. Even after I had to cancel because I was In the hospital. And had to cancel that last minute. Thank you for your understanding for that day, JOE!! I was your next stop and Although I had issues with trying to actually get somebody on the phone to explain my cancellation, I finally got it done The app. Which I wanted to speak to a live person and the phone number for cool factory went straight to voicemail with no room for any voicemails that was extremely disappointing. That disappointment was in cool factory not with Wonderful Tech Joe!!! Thank you for your consideration, Melissa
