The technician was very polite and professional. He explained the problem and what the process would be to repair the machine. He indicated he would order the part and it would be sent to me. There would be a return visit scheduled and the replacement part would be installed. He returned today and replaced the part . The issue with the washer has been resolved and it works without any water leakage. I was very pleased with his work.

Joseph was very knowledgeable and fixed our double oven with no issues. Very happy with his services. Arrival times were not accurate but that was not his fault. We will ask for him next time we need something fixed.
