The technician spent close to two hours diagnosing what turned out to be a frozen water line. A lot of water was spilled on my hardwood floors. He was nice enough but… he told me the charges to thaw the line would be $350. And that would include the trip fee. Then when he was done he presented a bill for $409. And couldn’t explain it to me. No paperwork with a breakdown or anything was left with me. UPDATE: THE OWNER RESPONDS TO REVIEWS SAYING CALL TO DISCUSS ISSUE AND ITS AN AI ONLY PHONE LINE, NO LIVE ASSISTANCE, WHAT A JOKE AND ON TOP OF THAT MY ORIGINAL ISSUE IS STILL UNRESOLVED

The technician installed the new part very quickly. It was just the two weeks after we had the part before service was scheduled that was unfortunate

The problem with my dishwasher was not resolved while the tech was onsite but he was through with determining what the actual problem with it was and then made the appropriate calls to get my dishwasher problem resolved as soon as possible.
