Repairman complained about the drive when he arrived first thing. He then obtained the parts for the machine and got the repairs done in about 30 minutes. Demonstrated the repair was done, had me sign for the work, and asked me to complete the survey with a favorable review if I was happy with the work. He left quickly after.

The technician repaired the broken part on the trash compactor. It was the second time the break happened. I have found the system of filing a claim very difficult to navigate. The automated answering system that you are taken to is difficult to get through.

The service tech Seear was great! He was friendly and gave an honest diagnostic. The rest of the company's customer service is frustrating because you can only contact an AI bot and not a real person. There are not enough options to select on the menus to get to what was needed. I tried multiple phone numbers all leading to AI. Heads up, if you need more than one appliance checked, you need to create separate tickets for each appliance therefore multiplying the fee. Also, the "notes" section is limited in characters so not a lot of info can be added.

I sat at home all day. Waiting, I did get a call, around 12:15 and a text around 12:50. My window was from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. I missed his call, I did!, However, one call after to a client living in a 80 to sometimes90+ degree home with no A/C. Why would I not be home, especially when I know that you all were coming.

The technicians were good but the rest of the experience was terrible. The 9 or 10 hour window is very inconvenient, but getting up early, waiting 8 hours and then being told that the repairmen couldn't come was totally unacceptable. This happened two business days in a row. It is impossible to call and speak to a human. You just get dumped into the automated system. There are many issues that can't be addressed in the automated system. Sears obviously doesn't care about their customers and we will be looking for other options in the future. The dishwasher does seem to be working now. The repairmen get 4 stars, but your business gets none. We would recommend that our friends look elsewhere.

Failed to fix a new refrigerator, but wanted instead to sell home warranty. They claimed the could not find the part, but still charged me and wanted me to sign up for a policy.
