Wahidullah was polite, professional, and very nice. He seemed to know his job very well and answered any questions we had. He is a top-notch technician and an invaluable asset to the Sears Home Services team. He is someone Sears would be wise to keep as a technician. If we need service again, I will demand Sears send Wahidullah to fix our problem. He has been one of the best technicians we have had.
