Joseph was awesome. He arrived on time, took his time explaining everything and made recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the whole experience was. The only downside was before Joseph arrived to our house, someone from Sears called to try to upsell us. That cheapens the entire experience. The technician was great - the call before hand by Sears was not.

The problem with my dishwasher was not resolved while the tech was onsite but he was through with determining what the actual problem with it was and then made the appropriate calls to get my dishwasher problem resolved as soon as possible.
