The technician has yet to arrive, the estimated time was 10:46am, over 6 hours later I received an update saying he’ll be here at 7:46 pm. What a waste of a day waiting for him to arrive. Last time they rescheduled me 3 times. I received a LOT of email and text reminders. Maybe they need to read their own reminders. Very disappointing.

Gave a screenshot of the error code as requested when making the appointment so they would know what was wrong with my oven before coming out. Service tech did not show up with parts, but just showed up to give me a quote of over 1K. He didn't do anything other than type up a quote, which cost me $129 for the service call. A waste of my time. He said he had to order parts and come back with two people to pull the oven out and repair it, which is a joke. They have these things called appliance jacks for this scenario. I built my own and pulled the double oven out myself. Didn't need two people. Time to build my own, about 1 hr. Time to remove the double oven, about 3 minutes. Parts, about $200. What a rip off. This should have been a 2 hr repair for one person. Won't be calling Sears again.

Awful experience. Your technician installed new hardware but when I replicated the same malfunctions he refused to acknowledge the situation and simply walked out, leaving me with the same problem and all the e-waste and trash he left behind.

If I could, this would be a zero or negative star rating. We have been without a freezer since February. Repairs have been scheduled 14 times, but has cancelled (always at the very last minute) on 11occasions. All I know as a customer is, with this most recent visit, he has been here 3 times and we still do not have a working freezer. The repairman even told me that no one wants to come this far (it is about 75 miles from Manassas where his office is located) and he suggested that I need to move my house. When he comes here, he appears to be knowledgeable and proficient and yet, here we are after almost 6 months later without a working freezer. He replaced the fan and blades that distribute the cold air and everything in the freezer is melting. Adjusting the temp does nothing, the motor keeps running and there is no cold air moving out of the vents, no matter what the temp. This is truly the worst experience that I have ever had with a warranty service. Totally unacceptable. I have been a Sears customer for 50 years and I now understand why they have business problems. Crappy service. Never Again!!!

The techs are great but the constant rescheduling and no live person or manager to contact was horrible. Add some customer service. Live people that can solve problems. That have knowledge on which parts are ordered and what we received. Again techs are great. Stop Using AI only. No way to get ahold of anyone. Took over a month to get someone out hereafter we got the parts. Never use unless you have to. But this will fall on deaf ears since AI is not reading this and they fired their managers.

A rating of no stars was not allowed, default was 1 star. Otherwise the rating would have been no stars.You sent out 2 Sears technicians that could not service an electrical issue with our dryer. Both technicians informed you at AHS that the problem was electrical and it has now been 2 weeks in your review department. We still do not have an operable dryer and no ificstiin when an Electrician will be assigned or dispatched
