UPDATE: I've now had THREE no-shows from this company after they sent repair parts. When I call, it's impossible to get a person on the phone. I wait at home the entire day, and the technician changes the time over and over and then the appointment gets rescheduled two weeks later. I have no words; I've never experienced such terrible service. My experience with this company has been horrible. This is the second technician I’ve had who, instead of repairing the machine, told me I bought a “weak” unit and that I was doing my laundry wrong. I’ve been trying to get my GE washing machine (purchased from Best Buy in Nov 2024) fixed since March, with no luck. If zero stars was a choice that’s what I would select.

Horrible - 8 hour service window with no updates on service Tech arrival times and no-shows. Wasted 6 days tied to house awaiting repairman. Sears uses AI bots for customer service, and if one bot can't answer the question you are referred to yet another bot...endless do-loops and maximum frustration ensured.

Technician never showed up for my appointment. They provided a window time of 7am to 6pm but never came. They were supposed to arrive at 4:07pm but never showed up.

Unfortunately, the technician never came or called. I got an email saying they were on their way at 1:16 but no one came or called. I waited 9 hours. Please call me to reschedule.

No work done, told access to attic had to be cleared, asked how hot was attic.said he had to access the entire system. Reschedule after I paid fee, really rethinking this home warrenty crap is just a hoax.

ALL Three ordered parts arrived at my house on 7/12/24, repair was finally completed on 8/5/24 You scheduled 6 repair confirmed appointments 7/19-7/19-7/29-7/30-7/31 8/5 and cancelled them the day of, or the day before, except for todays 8/5/24. In total, I even had "3 EMERGENCY requests", several "I talked to scheduling and you are confirmed", two "I will talk to back ????" and many "Dont worry you are confirmed scheduled and I told them you have all the parts ordered". Each time I called in I was assured my NEXT appointment was CONFIRMED set, then it would be cancelled. I did not like that the tech would present a blank screen for my signature on his phone for approval, how was I supposed to know what I was signing? All in all, the phone people were nice and would tell you ANYTHING to make you happy when in fact I had to call 20 times to get a completed repair. Seear was great but I would not renew my service contract if you gave me 4 more years FREE. I would get texts from NEW LEAF “Hi this is new leaf checking status………If repair is complete please press 1” I assume this was so ticket could be closed out. There was no option for NO or any contact information provided. I would have to say in my 74 years this was the VERY WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, AND I AM SURE YOU HAVE SHORTENED MY LIFE SPAN BY 5 YEARS

DON'T USE! This is a bogus business. all people are from overseas. they tell you the appt will occur on the same day then reschedule it without calling me to confirm availability. wasted a whole day waiting for them when I could have called other companies.

No store in Warrenton or Front Royal if you are looking for a store or parts keep looking. Customer service was polite but not very helpful

We were not call prior to scheduling appointment, tech just showed up. They also asked for a different deductible than on my written contract. I would not use this company for anything. They were suppose to follow up for an install of a part an did not call after an appointment, with an 8 hr window. The service is terrible. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, TERRIBLE IS GENEROUS. WORSE SERVICE EVER. 6/28/2024
