The HVAC service technician was very good. However, he ran into a problem he could not fix and needed an electrician. He arranged to get an electrician to fix that issue. HOWEVER, THEY WANT ME TO PAY A SECOND $100 DEDUCTIBLE! Even though it is all related to the same appliance! I have appealed it and am awaiting their response.

He never knocked on door or called. No email saying he was on the way. If he had knocked I have 6 dogs who would've gone nuts. The last time he came he wouldn't look at it because he said I had to change the hoses, then a no show. Worst service ever

Horrible! Made me wait all day long for my appointment window 8am-5pm. And then never showed up! But closed the ticket and signed for me and billed my warranty company!!! Never showed up! I call customer service at 6:30 when I got “my” receipt via email and after 40 minutes on the phone they promised he would call in 10-15 and still show up. That never happened! Sears used to be trustworthy!
