Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need

The technician was outstanding in every respect. I’m a disabled Veteran and what is upsetting is Sears no longer will renew my contract to repair my riding lawnmower. I have no idea what I am going to do if something ever goes wrong with my riding lawnmower. Do you know of any company that will provide the same service you have done?

Rob was great the process took longer than I wanted because after Rob came the first time and let us know we needed two parts a different technician came who was not able to repair the built in refrigerator.
